经过近一年的努力筹备，同济大学新加坡校友会所属的同德参访培训实习服务中心终于正式运作了。2012年4月2日下午，同德中心迎来了第一个参访团--深圳交通规划设计研究中心赴新加坡参访团（共38人），并圆满完成为期7天的培训和参观考察服务，参访团已于4月8日晚上返回深圳。
新加坡国立大学副教授，新加坡智能交通协会副主席李德纮博士，新加坡交通学院（LTA Academy）的专家们为参访团讲课。在同济校友和LTA官员的陪同下，参访团考察了新加坡城市发展展览馆（URA City Gallery），城市交通规划展，新加坡交通展览馆（LTA Gellery），SMRT金泉地下车辆段及地铁环线控制中心，KPE地下快速路，盛港综合交通枢纽，大巴窑综合交通枢纽，多美歌，滨海湾等地铁转换站及Ramky公司的停车场监控中心，并与有关机构的同行进行了广泛的交流。
2012年4月6日，同济大学新加坡校友会在新加坡建设局俱乐部（BCA-Club）为深圳交通中心参访团举办了招待酒会。新加坡国立大学，南洋理工，清华大学和上海交大的校友以及新加坡中华总商会的朋友们也应邀参加了酒会。出席酒会的还有多位相关行业的资深专家，专家们和参访团成员就城市交通规划问题进行了深入的探讨。
酒会上，同济大学新加坡校友会会长吴岳博士宣布，同德参访培训实习服务中心正式成立；同德中心主任董维斌（校友会副会长）向参访团颁发了参访培训证书，吴岳会长将一批珍贵的城市交通规划资料赠送给参访团；参访团团长张贻生副总工程师在酒会上致辞答谢，来宾们也在本次酒会上即兴表演了丰富而精彩的节目。
本次参访活动同样得到了同济校友的鼎力支持，李国军，唐红星，徐学霖，仲聪，查晓静，周琦，陈佳丽，李刚，张巧云等多位校友参与了筹备和参访接待工作；同济之友（清华校友）缪友武，吴宪，裴少荣也积极支持和参与了本次参访活动，我们表示衷心的感谢。
同济校友林金麟（MSP公司董事）为酒会赞助了2,000新币，周汉斌博士（TriTech公司董事）为参访活动赞助了312瓶矿泉水。林金麟校友还现场为本次参访活动写了一首诗：
同舟共济狮城聚，
深入浅出宏图展。
规划设计求严谨，
团结创新奔前程。
吴岳会长和张贻生副总工程师都表示，希望今后深圳交通中心和新加坡同德中心建立长期的合作关系，在不远的将来在新加坡开展专题考察，实习培训和项目合作。
Welcome the delegation from SUTPC
- TUG Service Centre opening ceremony
After more than 1 year preparation, Tongji University Alumni Singapore finally announced the formal opening of TUG Service Centre.
On 6th April 2012, TUAS hold a wine party for the reception of 38 delegates from SUTPC (Shenzhen Urban Transportation Planning Center) in PWD-BCA Club.
About 20 Tongji alumni and friends from other alumni associations joined the wine party and shared their work and life experience in Singapore with the delegates from Shenzhen.
The SUTPC delegation has been visiting Singapore for 7 days to study the successful cases and exchange the knowledge and experience in the urban transportation planning, design, construction and management with the government departments and industrial players in Singapore. Other than taken the lectures from NUS and LTA Academy, the delegates also visited the URA Gallery, LTA Gallery, Sengkang Integrated Transportation Hub, Toy Payoh Integrated Transportation Hub, a few major MRT Interchanges, SMRT underground train depot, KPE underground expressway and Ramky parking command centre in the company of TUAS alumni and LTA officials.
At this wine party, Dr. Wu Yue, the president of TUAS has formally announced the opening of TUG Service Centre. Mr. Zhang Yisheng, the head of delegation from SUTPC also addressed his thanks to TUAS. Both of them are looking forward to establish a long term partnership between SUTPC and TUG Service Centre. Mr. Zhang also agreed to send more delegates from SUTPC to visit Singapore in the future.
