各地校友会负责同志：你们好！ 同济大学第十二届校友工作会议已于5月31日至6月1日在福建武夷山召开，会议开得隆重热烈，获得多项成果： 1. 裴校长亲自到会并致辞，对校友会工作提出了新的要求； 2. 向各地方(行业)校友会通报了学校校友工作机制、机构的改革情况； 3. 对一批长期为各地校友会工作做出不懈努力的老同志，进行了表彰； 4. 对校友会活动开展有创意，在凝聚校友力量、回顾总结校友贡献以及回报社会方面有积极作用的校友会授予“最具创意校友活动奖”； 5. 对2007年度校友工作开展积极、规范，影响广泛的校友会授予“最具活力校友会”称号。 通过本次会议，大家对校友工作有了进一步认识。我们对外联络与发展办公室和校友总会秘书处，将在服务好各地校友会，传递学校信息，切实了解校友的需求和提高服务质量方面多下功夫，力争取得更大成效。 为此，我们希望各地校友会： 1．争取条件成熟早日在当地注册，使校友会组织活动合法化； 2．与总会秘书处保持密切联系。各地校友会在组织活动时，以书面形式通知我们，将活动时间、地点、内容、规模即时告知，我们将积极配合你们搞好活动的组织，提供各种资源（例如派学校领导或校友会同志参加，学校的有关介绍资料等等），并在活动结束后即时将相关报道放在校友网上，丰富网站内容，帮助你们将校友会工作做深、做细。 我们的目标是一致的，即努力把地方校友会建设成为地方与学校开展合作的桥梁和“根据地”，促进校友、学校和地方的共同发展。我们将一起为实现这一目标而不懈努力！ 注:欲知第十二届校友工作会议的其他详情,请浏览http://www.tongjiren.org
